Rakeback rates by product
Rakeback is a fixed 3.5%, but the base differs by product. It accrues on every eligible bet from Bronze up, whether the bet wins or loses.
| Product | Rate | Base |
|---|---|---|
| Casino | 3.5% | The house edge of each bet |
| Poker | 3.5% | The rake |
| Sportsbook | 3.5% | The theoretical value of the bet at a default 3% house edge |
Voided and cashed-out sports bets do not count towards rakeback. Card-room rules sit under poker room rules.
Rakeback arithmetic, worked through
The figures below are plain arithmetic on the published rates, not a forecast of any result. Each line multiplies the bet by its edge, then by 3.5%.
| Bet | Theoretical edge | Rakeback at 3.5% |
|---|---|---|
| $100 on a game with a 1% house edge | $1.00 | $0.035 |
| $100 on a game with a 4% house edge | $4.00 | $0.14 |
| $100 sports bet at the default 3% edge | $3.00 | $0.105 |
| $10 of poker rake | — | $0.35 |
The theoretical edge is an average over many bets. A single bet still wins or loses its full amount, and rakeback never turns a negative expectation into a positive one. A bonus never changes a game's house edge: each game keeps its published RTP with or without it.
Where rakeback is claimed
Rakeback builds up in a running balance. The full amount earned stays available to claim at any time.
- Open the VIP menu.
- Pick the Rakeback tab.
- Check the accrued amount and press Claim.
Reload: daily bonuses from Platinum
Reload is a reward for every account that has reached Platinum I at $250k wagered. It pays out in set intervals, usually daily.
- the amount depends on wagers over a lookback period of 7, 14, 28 or 42 days;
- the lookback length depends on the VIP level, and Platinum III can have a 42-day period;
- if the lookback period ended in a loss, the reload is worth a bit more than after a profit;
- from Platinum IV, the VIP host can grant renewable reloads while the account stays active.
Reload claim rules
Reloads run on strict timing. Each interval has to be claimed within its own window.
- one claim every 24 hours, based on availability;
- a missed claim expires and cannot be retrieved;
- from Platinum IV, the VIP host can set weekly, daily or hourly intervals;
- a reload that comes as a monthly bonus stays active for 5 days in total.
The same reload format also carries the monthly bonus for lower ranks, which usually receive it as a reload rather than a coupon.
Level-up bonus
A level-up bonus is granted by the support team or the VIP host when the account reaches a new VIP level. It is listed among the rewards from Bronze onwards.
The amount is set case by case and is not tied to a published table. Thresholds for each level are listed under Stake VIP levels.
Rules and limits
Rakeback, reloads and level-up bonuses follow the Terms of Service. A breach of the Terms can remove access to them.
These rewards return a small share of the edge and do not make a game profitable. Help with gambling problems is free on Tele-MANAS 14416, around the clock. Account limits and breaks are listed under loss limits and self-exclusion, and the PROG Act, 2025 is summarised under Indian gaming law.
