What the monthly bonus is

The monthly bonus is a payment of extra funds to every eligible player once a month. It arrives as a link in an e-mail from the operator.

A missed e-mail does not cancel it. The Claim button in the VIP tab becomes active 24 hours after the bonus is released.

When the monthly bonus arrives

The bonus is generally sent around the middle of the month, on varying dates. The day shifts from month to month, so no fixed calendar date exists.

Coupon or reload

The monthly bonus comes in one of two forms. Higher ranks usually get a coupon, lower ranks a reload.

Reload parts that are not claimed in their interval expire and cannot be retrieved.

Who is eligible

Eligibility rests on three account conditions. All three must hold at the time the bonus is sent.

• the e-mail address on the account is verified;
• the account stays subscribed to the operator's e-mails;
• the account has not breached the Terms of Service.

Some months bring an extra bonus shortly before or after the main one. These pre-monthly and post-monthly bonuses occur at random and do not come every month.

Claiming the monthly bonus on time also counts towards a bonus streak, the number of consecutive weekly or monthly bonuses claimed on time. The streak carries no separate reward. The weekly bonus follows its own Saturday schedule.
