Scope of this policy
The policy applies to the pages of stake-ind.net. Once a visitor follows a link elsewhere, that site's policy takes over.
- stake.com has its own privacy policy at stake.com/policies/privacy;
- help organisations and legal sources linked from the guide have their own policies;
- the guide never receives data from the operator.
Data the site collects
The guide has no forms, no sign-in and no comments. What little data it gets comes from the browser, through cookies and analytics.
| Data | Source | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Pages viewed and time on page | Analytics cookies | Usage statistics |
| Device type, browser and screen size | Analytics cookies | Layout and performance checks |
| Approximate region | Analytics, from the IP address | Audience statistics |
| E-mail messages | Messages sent to info@stake-ind.net | Answers and corrections |
Names, addresses, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, payment details and betting history are never collected here. They exist only in a player's account with the operator.
Cookies and analytics
If analytics is switched on, Google Tag Manager loads the tags, and those tags set cookies to tell a first visit from a return one.
- analytics cookies are set by Google;
- the data is looked at in aggregate, never to identify a person;
- the browser can block or delete cookies at any time.
How to limit cookies
Analytics cookies are optional. Every page works the same with them blocked.
- Open the browser settings.
- Find the privacy or cookies section.
- Block cookies for stake-ind.net or for third parties.
- Delete stored cookies, if needed.
Contact and changes
Questions about this policy, and requests about messages sent to the guide, go to info@stake-ind.net.
The policy is updated whenever the site's tools change. The current version is dated 30 October 2026.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about privacy on this site.
Does the guide store account or payment data?
No. There are no accounts and no payments here; that data exists only with the operator.
Can analytics be switched off?
Yes. Blocking cookies in the browser stops analytics, and every page still works.
